1. Purpose

GasApp is order, customer, and delivery route management software (SaaS), developed and provided by Web Optimized Services ("we", "the company"). Use of the application requires acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. User account

The user (subscribing business) is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, and for safeguarding the access credentials of their own accounts (owner, employees, customers).

3. Permitted use

The application is intended solely for lawful business use related to bottled LPG distribution. Use for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access to third-party data, or attempts to breach system security are prohibited.

4. Subscription & payments

Subscription terms, cost, and payment method are set separately upon account activation. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of non-compliance with financial terms.

5. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

6. Intellectual property

The source code, design, and the "GasApp" trademark belong to Web Optimized Services. Data entered by the user (orders, customers, etc.) remains the user's property.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
